Use the form for anything from one stock 4" x 36" heater to a custom alloy condenser. Fill in your name, phone and email, then put the details in the request box. The more of the duty you include, the fewer questions come back before the price does.
Not sure whether the job needs a stock heater, a standard size or a custom build? Leave that part blank. Sorting it out is our job, and the duty decides the answer.
Tell us what the exchanger has to do, or what it has to replace.
List both fluids and say which one you want in the tubes if you have a preference. Give the flow, temperatures and pressures for each side, then any code or finish requirement the plant holds you to.
Describe what is installed now in the request box, then email the nameplate photo, drawing or ASME U-1 data report to Sales@HeatX.com. With those we can reverse-engineer the bundle or the whole exchanger to fit the existing piping.
What Happens After You Send It
An engineer reads the request the way a designer would: is the duty complete, does a stock or standard unit cover it, and which code and finish apply. If a temperature, a pressure drop or a connection is missing, you get a call or an email asking for exactly that item.
The quotation names the model or construction, materials, finish, code stamp, connections and delivery. Stock units often ship the next business day, standard units typically in 6 to 8 weeks, and custom delivery is stated on the quote.
Send a purchase order against the quotation and you receive an order acknowledgment. Drawings are confirmed where the build calls for them, and we follow the unit through the shop to shipment with its code paperwork, then confirm the ship date and tracking with you.
